Shipping and Handling Charges Parent Packs has tried to keep shipping charges low with a flat rate across states by absorbing some of the cost.
On orders over $60, shipping within Australia is FREE. For orders less than $60, shipping is charged at a capped rate of $9 for deliveries anywhere in Australia.
Parent Packs sends products both domestically and internationally. Please contact us directly if you are located outside Australia and we will advise you of the delivery charges and expected delivery time of your purchase.
Despatch Times Parent Packs aim to despatch your purchases within 48 hours of placing an order and making the payment.
Delivery Times Delivery within Australia typically takes 3-5 business days depending upon where you are located.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ensure delivery on a specific nominated delivery date but we will try our hardest to make sure it arrives on time. Once the goods are despatched the delivery is outside our control.
