We hope you are pleased with your purchase. If your purchase is unsuitable, you can return your items for refund within 14 days, providing the products are unworn, unused, still in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Please see how to make a return below. All the Packs and Individual items purchased are packaged with care and safety in mind to avoid damage or breakage. In the event a product is delivered damaged/ faulty please inform Parent Packs within 14 business days of delivery. We are more than happy to replace that item once it has been posted back to Parent Packs and deemed faulty/damaged. A replacement item will then be promptly posted back to the recipient. Goods sent for refund that are not eligible for refund (worn, used, not in their original packaging or outside the 14-day returns period) are the customer's responsibility to arrange for the goods to be posted back to them. In this case, please contact us to arrange and pay for goods to be resent. We will email you to inform you if goods cannot be refunded. Goods need to be claimed from the customer within 28 days. Return postage on unwanted items is at the customer's cost and liability. We recommend that you insure goods that are being returned for their full value. Please do not return any goods until you have made contact with us and we have advised you how to proceed. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of our receipt of the returned item. We can only refund to the card used for the original payment. Please note that refunds may not show up on your bank statement immediately.
